Cesar captures life's fleeting moments, offering glimpses into spaces, faces, and atmospheres. Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, he immigrated to Miami at age 16 and is currently based in Los Angeles.
Cesar studied photography, sound, film production, and 3D virtual production at the University of Miami, graduating in 2020 with a BA in Motion Pictures. He received the Best Undergraduate Sound Design award at the university’s film festival for his work on the thesis film Tigress (2021). Following graduation, he trained in acting for a year at Televisa’s conservatory, CEA, in Mexico City.
In Miami, Cesar worked with celebrity stylist Sarah Akiba at THE LAB, as a photographer. He produced, shot, and assisted on a variety of projects, from celebrity photoshoots to product lifestyle shoots.
Cesar has also worked as a photographer for real estate technology startups Landing and VTS, capturing images and videos for more than 200 properties nationwide.
When not editing, Cesar is playing the guitar and writing songs.
